The Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung, instructed the Jakarta Transportation Agency to control the illegal traffic controllers or 'Pak Ogah' on protocol roads.

Therefore, he requested that the Jakarta Transportation Agency collaborate with the Jakarta Metro Police (Polda Metro Jaya) in managing Jakarta's traffic.
"Because I want Jakarta to be tidier, everything is handled by the Transportation Agency and of course with Polda Metro Jaya for traffic," he added.
Pramono hopes that traffic regulations implemented by official agencies can provide a sense of security for the public.
"Hopefully it will make Jakarta more comfortable, safer, and more enjoyable," he hoped.
